Jacob Laureano:

Jacob started coaching 4 years ago as an Olympic Weightlifting coach at a Crossfit gym.

Here, he led + developed the programming for the barbell club, which focused on progressing the Snatch + Clean & Jerk for the everyday folks interested in the sport.

What drives Jacob is helping people feel stronger.

Over the years of coaching, Jacob has explored many different areas of focus.

The ones that stuck are: the link between psychology and fitness, breathing, and applicable strength.

Jacob wants everyone to, not only feel physically and mentally well, but know how to get themselves there.

The training methods that I like to use are very "Raw", meaning they're going to require very little technique and force you to connect to your body.

We do this by using tools like sandbags and sleds.

I want everyone to feel like they can get out into the world and do whatever they set out to do.
