Effective Monday, January 3, 2022, the City of Chicago requires all gyms to verify that patrons are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This mandate is effectuated by Chicago’s Vaccine Requirement Policy (Public Health Order 2021-2). Masks are still required to be worn at all times per mandate.
