Molly PfeIffer

Molly joins Ethos with a strong athletic background. As a former D1 soccer player, she brings a competitive element to our group training program. Purposeful yet intense strength training is what sets her coaching apart from others.

As the former Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Stanford University, Molly assisted in program implementation for a variety of athletes. Her role in the Strength & Conditioning program was to facilitate season-to-season growth and administer baseline tests. She even got the opportunity to run direct programming for Alex Massialas, Rio 2016 Olympic Silver Medalist Fencer!

Molly's emphasis on form correction and injury prevention in the weight room is, as she says, "such a critical component of training that I'm excited to carry over to Ethos." Navigating her own ACL injuries, she understands the rehabilitation domain, load management and gradual return to function. As Molly says, "move safe, move strong."

Her knowledge extends beyond the strength & conditioning realm and pushes into mobility training. During her internship at NX Level Performance Training in Waukesha, WI, she led clients through mobility drills and muscle activations.

She has her Masters in Sports Administration at Northwestern University and manages a multi-tenant corporate fitness program in the city.
